A: You can certainly exercise if you’ve been doing it all along, however, exercise isn’t required for a successful Detox. We’ll cover this subject during one of our LIVE meetings.

A: After running this Detox (typically for 10-14 days) to over 700 people, I feel that 21 days is a good sweet spot that will get you maximum results & help you to incorporate lasting change. That said, everyone will follow the Detox for as long as they choose (even longer than 21 days is ok!).

Q: I’m pretty busy, is following this Detox time-consuming?

A: Not at all! In fact, we’ll be discussing strategies that will help you follow the detox in just minutes a day!
